On Monday, February 3, 2025, Caseware will launch a new global CRM and MyCaseware system, which will replace the current support center. This will ensure processes are integrated worldwide so our teams can work more efficiently and, ultimately, benefitting you as one of our valued customers.
What does this mean for you?
Starting from February 3, 2025, you will be able to access the following services through MyCaseware:
- View your invoices
- View submitted support requests
- View licenses and license codes
- Download software
- Cloud service updates
- A comprehensive knowledge base
- News and important announcements
While we expect a seamless transition to the new MyCaseware, we want to assure you that any potential disruptions will be minimal. Please keep an eye on your email over the next two weeks and during the transition for important messages and new access information.
Limited Access and System Changes
- The transition to our new MyCaseware platform will begin on January 29 at 18:00 (CET) and end on February 3 at 09:00 (CET). During this period, access to your account will be limited.
- You will still be able to download licenses, view invoices, make payments, and open support tickets via the new portal. Due to system changes, we may experience some delays in responding to requests at the following times:
- January 31, from 00:01 to 06:00 (CET)
- February 1, from 04:00 to 08:00 (CET)
- February 4, from 05:00 to 09:00 (CET)
If you experience issues with payments through MyCaseware or in the first days after the transition, we ask for your patience. If the issue persists, please wait one business day after the payment and try again.
What Do You Need to Do?
By Tuesday, February 4, 17:00, you will receive an invitation from no-reply@caseware.com with a link to the portal.
Follow the link in the email to reset your password and access the site (https://my.caseware.com). Ensure that the domain caseware.com is approved on your organization's email server so you can receive the access email. If you have trouble logging in after receiving the invitation, please contact our customer service at support.nl@caseware.com.
