You have received a new license key (authorization code) for (re)activating your network license. Network licenses are typically used in large organizations where the software is managed through a centralized server. A Network License Server is installed on the centralized server which all licensed staff can access to retrieve licenses for Working Papers. The document that contains your license key is shared via Caseware Cloud.
Since we are using the Caseware Network License Server 9.5 (mandatory upgrade), your key is a lot shorter and similar to the structure of a site license. This makes it a lot easier to use as a machine name and locking code are no longer required to register the key online. This is only still necessary if the server does not have internet access.

License Server - online registration
In the following video you will see an instruction for the registration of your network license. First with an internet connection and then without an internet connection. The examples are made based on an installed License server version 9.5 which you can download from this page.
License Server - offline registration
On a server without an active internet connection, you will have to convert the received authorization code. In the Caseware Idea License Manager, choose the option to register without internet access. After entering the authorization code you can generate the necessary system information. Copy this information.
A new license key can then be generated via the https://elicense.caseware.com/ page with the obtained system information.
Finally, choose the option "I received a license key via email" and enter the full code that starts with *E and ends with "exclusive".
