From December 2nd on, the 2025 Working Papers licenses will be uploaded to Caseware Cloud. Please ensure that the new code is entered into the License Manager or directly into Working Papers before the end of January 2025. You can find the document with the license key under the Files section in Caseware Cloud.

Site License / Authorization Code (Local Installation)
Should I do something? Yes, the 2025 license key must be activated in Working Papers. In the license letter, the Site License is referred to as a "Authorization Code - Local installation."
When Working Papers is installed to a local workstation it is registered with a standalone license. The 2025 license letter will contain the new key that should be entered for current and for future new installations of Caseware Working Papers on a local PC.

Network License / Server Authorization Code
Should I do something? Yes, the 2025 license key must be activated in the License Server. In the license letter, the Network License is referred to as a "Server Authorization Code - License Server."
Network licenses are generally used in larger organizations, where the software is managed through a centralized server. A Network License Server is set up on this server, allowing all authorized users to access and retrieve licenses for Working Papers.
The 2025 license letter will contain the new key, which should be entered into the Caseware Network License Server.
